1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions govern your use of the Sizy app. By using the app, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use the app.

2. Intellectual property rights

2.1. Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the app and the material published on it. All such rights are reserved.

2.2. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the app for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out in these terms and conditions.

3. Use of the App and Services

3.1. You must not use the App or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3.2. You must not use the App or Services to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any Content (as defined below) that:

3.3. You must not use the App or Services to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the App or Services, or the computer systems of Sizy or third parties.

3.4. You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Sizy system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures.

3.5. You must not avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble, or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by Sizy or any of Sizy's providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the App or Services or Content.

3.6. You must not attempt to access or search the App or Services or Content or download Content from the App

4. User-generated content

4.1. The app allows users to create or upload content, including text and images. By creating or uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute the content in any media or medium, and to sublicense these rights to any third party.

4.2. You warrant that any content you create or upload will comply with these terms and conditions and will not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights or rights of privacy or publicity.

4.3. We have the right to remove any content you create or upload if, in our opinion, such content does not comply with these terms and conditions.

5. In-app purchases

5.1. The app offers in-app purchases for non-consumable goods. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fee using the method of payment offered in the app.

6. Personal information

6.1. By using the app, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making an in-app purchase.

6.2. We will collect personal information from you, including your full name, email address, username, and birthday. This information will be used to provide and improve the app's features and services.

6.3. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6.4. You will be able to delete your account and personal information from within the app.

7. Tracking and ads

7.1. We track the app id to show personalized ads.

8. Log-in options

8.1. You can log in to the app using your Google or Apple account, or by creating an account with an email and password.

9. Age restriction

9.1. Sizy can be used by children under 13. However, we recommend that parents supervise their children while they use the app.

10. Camera and gallery access

10.1. The app will require access to your camera and gallery for certain features such as setting the profile picture or reporting an issue.

12. Changes to terms and conditions

12.1. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the app after any changes have been made will be deemed to be your acceptance of those changes.

13. Disputes

13.1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Sizy App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the then-current rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the city of Madrid, Spain. The arbitration shall be conducted in the Spanish language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on the parties. The arbitrator shall have the power to award any remedies that would be available in court, including but not limited to, damages and injunctive relief. The parties shall split the costs of the arbitration equally.
